Text of Complaint by Ankush Kumar:

I purchased a 5 seater sofa set on 15 June from Royaloak Store outlet Haryana. They took full payment and promised to deliver the Sofa set by 25 June. After multiple reminders/follow ups they delivered replacement sofa as the one I ordered was not available due to logistic issues. Till date I have not received my product and when asked for refund they say its not in their policy to refund the money. They will deliver the sofa set when it is available
