I have ordered one mobile phone online from Flipkart and select old my exchange and when delivery boy come for delivery he deduct 800 more amount of exchange phone when I asked to him he does not give the answer and he gone.
And I lodge the complainant in Flipkart grievance team and from grievance team mis Megha has attended my call and she credited to my account rs 800 and give the assurance your products delivered to your address by 04 th of Nov but today without my knowledge this product has marked cancel from app and refund initiated. And now this product price is hike by 4000 and du to Flipkart company cheating I suffer from last ten days
