Hi,
This is in reference to my last order no OD225660666117731000 in which I ordered 8 items. The E cart delivery man handed over me 7 products except 01 item, Happilo Premium Seedless Green Raisins Raisins, 250 g of Rs. 83/- I have already been paid the total bill amount of ₹ 1583/- through Paytm app. I raised this issue with your customer care twice but still I did not get back my money or the undelivered item. In this connection you are requested to pay ₹83/ or delivered the item asap. It is with great sadness and dismay I have to write that a company like flipkart has given the job of delivery to a useless and irresponsible company like ecart which does not deliver complete goods to the customers.
Please do the needful as soon as possible.
