Purchased a 15 litres water geyser ( Bajaj New Shakti Neo model) and made a payment of 5,489 from my credit card. After payment received they are not responding and not delivered the product. Trying to contact them over phone no. 011-42182156 but no response given. Also chat with them in their web site no answer given. Screenshot taken and attached.
