I have ordered a mobile phone and it supposes to be delivered on 26th May, on 21st May the status of my order has been updated automatically saying the customer requested a delayed delivery without my concern then I need to call and asked them to change the status. the product reached the Destination on 23rd May but the product was not delivered on 26th May,
with Multiple calls with customer care I learned that the mobile will not be delivered not and Amazon cannot give the proper deliver, Which made me cancel the order since I do not know when I’ll get the order.
Though the product reached my destination amazon did not try to deliver the product, After waiting for 12 days and multiple calls with customer care I was forced to cancel the order,
While canceling I got confirmed the customer money will be returned within 2 to 3 days, the status says once the product reached back to the seller then only they will return the money and they don’t have any estimate for that also.
