Good morning , I recently ordered preethi zodiac mixer on Amazon as a gift .
First it was not delivered but in app it’s showing as delivered then I contacted customer care they asked me to wait for three more days and they promised they I’ll take followup and resolved my issue but no one contacted me till I called your customer service team .
Then they informed thy are going to take complaint and provide the feedback , again it’s failed no one contacted me and they called my friend asked about the issue and in call he never confirmed that product has been delivered and issue resolved .
Again I called to customer care and they informed already investigation confirmed product delivered and we can’t provide resolution for this case .My concern is no one confirmed to the customer about the product delivery and I. Requested them to open case and anyhow before delivery I’m sure delivery guy I’ll reach over them through mobile phone and confirm the place status or I requested them ask courier team to come to place again and ask them to confirm where they provided the parcel so that we can come to the solution but customer team not ready to take my feedback and they ready to disconnect the call and one of the agent disconnected directly ..
Iam sure recording will be there , you can listen what I requested and what I spoked ..I never used harsh word or mis discipline to the agent but the way they spoked to me I never expected and Iam nd my whole family is using Amazon , I never faced this issue and I know amazon customer service very good compared to other online purchase store but they spoked to customer like third party vendor , really disappointed about the customer service whoever spoked to me .
Again I’m requesting all , please ask delivery Team to check the issue again and ask delivery guy who delivered this product to my friend place to confirm the place and whom they handover the product . iam sure they delivered to wrong person and confirming over here that they delivered .
