I Mr Subrat Dash had ordered a product MY – STANDS MIS-015 from Amazon on 28th May 2021 and the product was supposed to be delivered on 31st May 2021. The Order ID for the product is 406-4164419-7983504. To receive the product I made myself available at home as it was becoming inconvenient to ask anyone to expose themselves and receive the product in my absence. As mentioned Amazon sends the delivery executive on 31st May 2021 for delivery but the person coming to deliver the products registers himself at my security gate with a fake phone number and identity and roams around in my building here and there and exits the premises without delivering the product but marks the product as delivered. Upon this I contacted on the number that the delivery guy registered with the security but to my utter dismay the number turns out to be fake.
I immediately registered a complaint with Amazon CC about this and they kept telling me that they had a word with the delivery agent and he will call me in 10 min 15 mins but it never happened. I even talked to the Amazon CC supervisor Ashish on the same and he said that the product will be delivered by 9 AM of 1st June 2021 positively but alas it did not happen. I kept calling the customer care and now they are saying that it’s out of their purview and they cannot do anything about it.
I tried to contact the Amazon delivery logistic about the delivery fraud they are doing and the delivery supervisor started barging on me and used filthy language and asked me to get lost as he will not come to deliver the product come what may. He asked me to contact and go wherever I want and said that Amazon is powerful enough to save them and him even if I go to the consumer courts. I am actually hurt and grieved with the way people are taking other for task and harassing me for something that I paid money for and a very important thing that I would be have been using for work from home in this pandemic.
