Hi
I have placed an! Order for redmi 10 power mobile on 18 jan 2023. Product was supposed to be delivered last week and they have cancelled my delivery but still refund not received. I have replaced same order and Amazon commited to deliver the product on 28 jan 2023 . But product not received. I have not received any call for delay iin delivery however when I called I received a status that product cannot be delivered.
Problem statement. Company gave advertisment for a product which is not in scope of their delivery.
Im requesting for 3 crores as compensation for false commitment from Amazon. I have call recording of customer service where they don’t have any answer about my product.
