Text of Complaint by Narendra Kumar:

I ordered IFB washing machine from Amazon on 21st of October 2020 during Amazon Great India Sale and the mentioned delivery time was 31st October 2020. I’m a prime memeber of Amazon for which they charge 999 per year for fast delivery. The product reached the delivery center on 27th October ehich is 30 min away from my location. I order this product to suprise my family and came from Hyderbad to my hometown to recieve this product on 31st Oct which charged 2000 and I supposed to be return on 2nd once the product is delivered. When I first time called customer care they said they will deliver it by 31st EoD, 2nd time they said by 9PM they will deliver and at nught 10PM executive called me told that by mistake Product status updated as Delivered in Amazon and they will deliver the product next day. I have called again to dely center and they asked me to wait 3rd Nov and still I have been following up yhe customer care because this time I want them to be alert and deliver on time and I have postponed my return travel to 3 Nov and after multiple follow-upsthey said they will deliver it by 9PM on Nov3rd. Today when I called they are saying they can’t deliver the product and they don’t knkw where the product is and even I didn’t get any proper update on the product since 31st and they are saying they will refund the amount and asking me to order new product again.

I contacted the customer service executive for more than 10 times over telephonic conversation and through email and at the end they are simly saying sorry, we can understand the issue. each time they have wasted my time around 30 min for each call and I have to pay EMI this month. I lost so much money during the travel and following up with customer and there is no proper support from the customer. They have spoiled all my planned activities. I was disappointed and frustrated with their negligence and reluctant behaviour and there is no proper support from supervisors.
Now we are in situation of unable to get my product and unable to buy outside.
