I want to surprise my family in my village with IFB washing machine and this supposed to be delivered yesterday and I have planned all happy moments at my home with this product and I just came from Hyderbad to my location which is nearly 400 km just to take this delivery and surprise my family. I called 4 times yesterday and called 2 times two day but nobody is able to deliver my product after 1 day delivered.
The delivery center is just 30 min drive from my home and it reached deliver center on 27th Oct, till this time no communication on the product until I reached out customer service. They promised me to deliver yesterday and planned my return to Hyderbad today night. There is lot of work at home and having a function at home and all my planned things are cancelled because of this product delayed shockingly in Amazon its showing as delivered and till now the status has not changed, and now your customer team asking me to wait 3 more days to deliver this product.
It just not advertising that we deliver products on time and create happiness in family, honestly your team blunder mistake spoiled all my family happiness and now it disappointed me very worst. If Amazon can’t deliver my product tody I will loose one of the great moment to celebrate with my family which will never come again.
