I’m ordering reepud t55 smartwatches from jiomart 120 pieces at just 600 rupees on 4th January and delivery date 10th January but product not delivered and 12 January automatically canceled my order without any reason when I’m calling customer service they said re order but now time product price 899 rupees
It’s mean 120 pieces smartwatches price is 107880 rupees
Jiomart is cheating with me
Jiomart is simply cheating its valuable customers in the sense long lasting its shareholders also.
Jiomart customer care is functioning only to send auto reply of Namaste- apology and dhanyawad with a note to wait for a resolution within 5 to 7 working days which they will send on a Saturday. So one is a fool to expect a resolution after waiting for whole 9 days including 2 saturdays and sundays bcoz it will be extended to another 5 to 7 working days and that will never come. Very sad to note that the response from their HO and Holding Company – Reliance Industries Ltd is very bad and disgusting and everybody think themselves Ambani’s and my experience was so bad including from their Company secretary when I approached the refund issues of Jiomart as a customer cum Shareholder and a lady spoke to me very rudely asking me so what – and to contact Jiomart a separate company and refused to recognise it as Reliance Industry’s group company. As public and everyone aware that Jiomart is a unit of RIL which is the holding of Jiomart. They are holding huge public money on prepayment orders by non delivery/ short delivery and cancellation by them. My refund is still not paid after lapse of 5 to 7 working days plus 2 working days in all 11 days but their Jio mart portal says – Refund initiated and payment will reflect in your account in 2 days. Apart from this as a shareholder – I also shared my updated bank statement with Jiomart – requesting them to go through it about not credited with the refunded amount by them and as per their advise assisted their specially skilled executive to find where the payment is gone by mistake at their end instead of my account to some other account ? Over all a cheating company and till now not refunded my amount, Ref No’s – 673964846460 is their token compliant number. Order ref no – 16730238440315195A-03. Yesterday a person by name Mr. Amit She…. called and asked to wait for another 10 days as there is a massive technical error had occurred and because of which their bank account with YES bank is collapsed. But actually Jio mart is working all the 365 days collecting prepayment 24×7 – but the difficulty for Amit like employee is working days and telling bank problems with technical problems of very high tech in nature and more than rocket and nuclear technology that they are working day and night for resolution which we ordinary people – who are by mistake it’s customers don’t understand.
