I bought 4M Air bycycle in BeatXp online platform… Amount debited and they said product can’t deliver in your area… I applied for refund on July 15th 2022, they said it will be credited in 14 working days…but now more than 28 days ..still amount not credited and there is proper response from the customer care people .. Every time they are saying wait for 2-3 working days but issue not resolved

i bought a unbound smartwatch from beatxp website but in 5 days there is some lines show on the watch screen and i called service number provided by beatxp and customer service number but they couldn’t pick my phone then i submit my complaint through beatxp website by login id and password still no response from beatxp what should I do?
