Text of Complaint by Sharanya:

I have ordered a phone from amazon on 27th June’22, where as I have prime membership its 1 day delivery i.e.; on 28th June. which they failed to deliver, Since that I’m trying to reach the customer care they’re simply saying ill get it soon. now after 3 days they simply cancelled the product delivery and speaking about refund. Please check attachment they have updated the status when I escalated to higher level, its kind of harassment to me that I was contacting them daily. I’m not going to accept this cancellation at all after 3 days of my wastage of my work and professional time. Kindly
