Product not delivered against the given date and time. I lost my Holidays by waiting to this order. Need compensation.

Text of Complaint by Gokul J:

I have order samsung M32 5g mobile on 08 early morning by seeing the delivery time and date. It showed the same date between 1pm to 5pm. I thought ill receive the the product today and planed my travel to home. I did receive the product on 8th. When I contacted the delivery boy he told his 2 wheeler got some break down and he is going back. I registered complete on 9th. Customer care people told u will get by today 5pm first I waited till that time but didn’t receive the product. Once again I call the customer care they told will receive by 9pm I waited till night 9 pm but still didn’t receive or any status didn’t change in my app. Once again I called customer care now they r telling that if u don’t receive the mobile the amount will be refunded in account. I waited for 2 days and lost my holidays by staying at home so I’m registering this compliant.
