i ordered a dress from an online store from instagram named aventurine.co. the store owner took the payment in full as soon as i placed the order
it has been 80+ days since i placed the order and now she has deactivated her account and disappeared with the money. i have been mentally harassed, forced to beg for my money back
Same thing happened to me with the same website. I place my order or October 15, 2022 and today its August 11 2023 and I haven’t received my order yet. They took the product and shipping charges upfront. Every time I ask them about the order they responded that I’ll receive it soon. I even asked them for a refund. But didn’t received any amount back. They closed their website too.
