I had ordered a bed from Amazon with order # 402-7476190-6122720 on 26-jul-2024. I got an expected date of 10th August which extended to 13th August. I never got any update and the delivery date was automatically set to 20th August. Upon contacting customer service I got informed that the product was damaged during transit and a replacement is sent which will arrive by 20th August which according to them shall be the last date of buffer period. Till now there is no update from seller or amazon. Even today there was no email regarding this. When I contacted they straight up asked if I wanted a refund. This is the second time it is happening with me. Earlier I was harassed for a chair that I ordered with order #402-0068323-5579515 which I ordered on the same day 26th July which was out for delivery on 02nd August but they kept on harassing me till 8th August. During this time they gave me many false promises including extension of my Amazon Prime Membership by one month which was never done. This continuous mental harassment needs to stop. What is the point of getting prime membership if I have to face this harassment. I request for compensation.
