I placed an order for an item on luvlap website and received the mail that my order is confirmed. Even after 3 days my product was not shipped so I mailed them contact@luvlap.com I didn’t receive any response from them then I called them multiple times and they finally answered and told me that my order got cancelled. When I asked for refund they said that it will take 48 hours refund has been initiated. it has been 5 days now they are not initiating the refund when I called them again they are saying same.
