I order 5 products from foxtale
2 – radiance mask .
2- serum
1- lip mask
These products were ordered on 8/7/24 still the orders are not processed and no update from foxtale end. Just generic mails they are sending that shortly they ll process the order. No action they took to send me the order last 10 days I am writing to them still no solution just a mail that we ll contact you shortly. No executive ever contacted me .
