I placed an order (order ID: 113459) of bournvita on 17th December, 2023 and while the money of rupees 343 has been debited from my account no confirmation of the same had been sent.
I have tried whatsApping, mailing and calling but received no response. And as the order is not reflecting in my orders tab, I cannot cancel. I would like a refund back.
