I placed an order for Roti Maker on 15th Aug 23 and paid 100% money through credit card. The standard delivery timeline was 7 days. Its going to be 20 days & still the product is not delivered.
They are not responding back on mails and most of the time when you call , they put you on hold stating checking the status & after few mins the call gets disconnected without any response. If you try again , they will not answer & you keep hearing recorded message on IVR.
I am able to talk only once & they said the product ordered is not available & they will refund my payment however so far they haven’t refunded the amount.
This company is a fraud company.
