I had ordered a product on 6-4-2023 through Flipkart. The product was supposed to be delivered on 18-4-23. The product has not been delivered even now even after raising multiple complaints through the customer care executives.
They had promised to deliver the product by 5th may, but now they have extended the date again to May 19th,2023.
I have paid Rs 22,973 for the product using my credit card for which the EMI has already started. They are not even giving me the option to cancel the product even though the fault lies at their end.
