I have placed my order on 22nd jan and the estimated delivery was 28th jan. I have contacted and mailed them on 31st jan but no result. Totally I have contacted customer care more than 10 times and mailed them 4 times but they don’t provide proper response or update about the order. They say that they’ll take your complaint and within 24-48 hours it will get resolved. It is already one month but no result yet. Customer care executives are being very irresponsible they don’t even know the status of the order, they say that you need to wait, you’ll get your order as soon as possible. There is no proper information on why the order is getting delay. I’m totally fed up by their response. Kindly look into this matter and resolve at the earliest.
