I have ordered 2 products from Nykaa. It’s been over 7 days but the product is not delivered at all. On the first delivery attempt, I got a notification saying that “Consignee Not Available”. On the next attempt, i called the delivery agent and he told me that he would be delivering by EOD but at night I got the same notification again. The next day i called him back to check and he again told me that he would deliver by evening but it was not delivered and I received the same message. I sent an email to Nykaa and all they have asked me to do is wait. I waited for 2 more days and called them up. All they had to tell me is wait. I called them up again after 3 days and again they just asked me to wait. It’s a prepaid order. They are not willing to cancel and the Nykaa team is not resolving this at all.
