Dear Team
I have ordered 1mobile phone model is “REALME 9 se” on 30 sep 2022, but on the 2 October when my packet is delivered to me then in that packet there is one Ghari SOAP instead of mobile phone. I immediately inform to the courier delivered boy.
After that I have requested 4 times to return the product or refund amount but every time your seller reject my request by saying that you have already received the product so we can’t return the product.
Now tell me one thing without receiving the parcel packet how could I know that there is right product in the box or not.

And I want to inform you that on 2 oct there is 17 similar cases of this type is found in shahjahanpur location. Your ekart manager has confirmed me.
Please take the matter seriously and do the needful as soon as possible .
