Text of Complaint by Abhishek Sharma:

Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I had ordered one Flipkart Perfect Homes Tysche Therapedic 5 Inch King Coir Mattress from Flipkart on 19th September 2022 which was expected to be delivered on/before 3rd October 2022 (Order ID – OD126040711696530000).

The mattress is not yet delivered. I had called Flipkart customer care three to four times but they are just giving a resolution date. First date was as 8th October in promise that the issue will be resolved, later they moved the resolution date to 10october and Today again they are saying issue will be resolved by 13thOctober.

They are just updating the back dated comment on my complaints and everything they are updating on 4th October discussion. They are not logging my subsequent calls and their comments.

I called on 4th October and I got a fate of 8th October then i called few days later, they shifted the date to 10October without giving any proper resolution or update
. Today again I called on 8th October, they shifted the resolution date to 13th October giving the reason of logistics problems. They are jot just delaying the order but also manipulating the logs for customer complaints and the the response from customer care agent. They should be three different comments from Flipkart agent on this issue but every time they are updating 4th October comments and changing the resolution date.

They are not even cancelling my order and giving refund so that I can buy another one. I wanted this to before Dussehra and now I suspect even they will deliver before Diwali or not.

Hence Kindly request you to either arrange this delivery within 2-3 days, else compensate me for the inconvenience caused.

Calling or following up again and again for one delivery is just a wastage of time, and it’s a harassment to your customer. Want a strict action on this matter and provide an appropriate compensation against this mental trouble. Expecting a quick and fair inquiry on this.
