Greetings of the day!!!!!
I am Vijay Kumar from bangalore. I am one of your loyal and regular customer to Amazon. I have very high regards for Amazon. But recently I had booked for Singer sewing machine 6180 on 28th February 2020. Till now I have not received my product. I understand that due to Covid 19 things may get delayed but it’s going to be nearly 4 months and there’s no update in the portal also and worst part is I cannot return now also. I am really very much disappointed. I am sorry to tell you. I will not buy any product from you in future and also I will not recommend to my friends and family members. Kindly help me to sort out this issue ASAP.
