I was supposed to receive the product the same day through rush delivery as I’m a prime memeber , but that did not occur. Today, on August 12, I called to check on the status and was informed that it would be delivered before 5 PM, but that did not occur. I then called back at 5.31 PM and asked to be put through to a supervisor. I spoke with Miss Varmanima, who assured me that she brought the matter up with the warehouse and absolutely guaranteed that I would receive the product by 9PM and that didn’t happen. I am being asked to wait until they determine whats the issue at their end. If this is the service they provide from paid prime memeber then I pity the normals users
