. I placed an order of Moto g 31 from flipkart on 22ndJuly 2022 which was supposed to be delivered by 23rd July 2022 but has still not been delivered. I have been waiting for the product since all these days and even after talking to almost all the customer care executives none of them have been able to explain the issue. Infact, your employees have the audacity to rudely tell me that i will have to wait for 72 hours anyhow.
I placed the order because i needed it urgently and this is the level of service i have been receiving. This is the peak level of irresponsibility and negligence. It is already been a week now and this is traumatizing. I can’t keep on talking and explaining the whole situation to everyone on each call.
I either want my product to be delivered by tomorrow or i need the refund for the same, otherwise i will have to file a complaint in consumer court.
