Hi I’ve ordered cloths from this online company and made payments. It’s been more than a month and with multiple reminders there is no reply. Pls advice how to proceed further in this regard.

Order no 108909 has been paid to CAIWINKING. But didn’t receive any confirmation on order or no response on email as well
I have 2 ordered as on 5 th June, 2022. Amounts already deducted from my account ₹3100 but still I am not received. In case of mail reply wait for more time but until what time i have to wait that thing not giving clear reply by them or also not going to cancelled my booked order so I will get refund in my account.
