Text of Complaint by Sanjay Mohanty:

I am writing today to complain of the poor service received from FRESHTOHOME company from the past one week, to begin with

1. I placed an order on 2nd July at 9:40 Am for boneless chicken breast fillets x 3 packs of 250g, delivery slot which I selected was for the day 4:30-730, which got delivered after 8:30PM.

2. I had placed an order on 7th July at 9:45PM for Premium Chicken Skinless Small Curry Cut x Pack of 3 500g – ₹446,
Delivery slot selected for 8th July 4:30-7:30, from 4:30 it was showing out delivery, it was NEVER DELIVERED.
So I called your customer care executive and he told me it will be delivered within the next 10mins, he said I guarantee this and I will give you a call after 10 mins to confirm the same.

3. Neither I got the product delivered nor I received any call from your executive which he promised, so I called again to check the status, 2nd executive rudely tells me it’s not our fault it’s a logistics issue, she again confirmed that it will be delivered within the next 15 mins.

4. That was also not delivered, if something is not getting delivered or getting delayed who’s responsibility is to inform the customer? so that we will make other arrangements accordingly.
I received zero calls and texts from the team for any kind of delay or they won’t be able to deliver

5. I called again to know the status of the product and it was the 4th call, after being held for 15mins
Executive said the same thing.

At 10:30 at night, I went out in the rain
Brought food for the family
and we ate at 11:30, Friday night ruined by you and your team.

6. Today 9th july i called again, to know what exactly has happened,
after being held for so long first executive asked all my details and when she said the history of the order and times i have called she just disconnected the call, their can’t be any network issue since i had called for 5th time never faced this, so i called for 6th time i asked if i can speak to any senior team, she said they dont have option i can arrange a call back, which i was never received, she told me she called the vendor logistics to check why it was not delivered yesterday, 3 called them 3 times as per her they were not answering to her calls.

*No delivery executive number or details to contact
*No intimation regards to delivery

It’s been 2 days still I haven’t received any calls or any confirmation from team regarding the issue.
Still my money is with them.
