I have ordered product from AJIO app on 1st June it was suppose to get by 5th June. I got the messeges saying it’s out for delivery then i also got OTP where I need to provide to delivery agent but no one came at my place to deliver the product. I have raised a complaint on immediate basis they Ajio customer care took my complaint and told me it will be resolved by 11th June it’s almost 10days i am struggling calling their customer care but i get only one reply mam we are investigating the case. May i know why is it taking so long to deliver my product for which I have already paid? If not then why cant i get my refund? If you saying that’s it delivered show me delivery proof as your delivery guy have put the OTP right? Give me proof? Horrible pathetic Ajio brand.
