Text of Complaint by Shailendrasinh Parmar:

I have placed pre-paid order as on 4th June 2022 and flip kart has committed delivery as on 7th June 2022 but up to 8th June 2022 , I have not received & still order status seems to be shipped
on flip kart site. Now flip kart committing another date 10th June 2022 but I can’t believe this commitment because still not shipped up to it 8th June 2022 evening.

    I purchased a product on24th May’22 and which is not fit for me as well it’s a defective product, Then I tried to return it, I didn’t get an option to return it. What I did then I spoke with the Flipkart Support they informed me to check the drop down option where you will be getting an option to return the product. As per the discussing I have selected a option for refund and submitted it, everyday the return I have submitted will be rejected by the flipkart team without any proper notes? So from the Day1 I use to connect with the flipkart support and discuss with then regarding to my return then they will provide an solution with in 2days you will be getting a call! So far I didn’t receive any call regarding my issue. Later on then blocked my account with any proper work notes?

    I have been worried about the service they providing for a consumer like this, I tried sending several mail and call so far no reply!

    Requesting you to take the necessary action on it.
