Text of Complaint by Dilip kumar Mandal:

Dear concern,

I am one of your valuable customer but i am getting harsh as i paid while
amount through bajaj emi card but i didn’t received my product as well
several time i wrote mail but non of you taking any action and i am
continuously suffering for the same.

I request you kindly help to deliver my product or help me out to refund my
money so that i can close my loan as many charges deducted from my account
as well penalty charges imposed to me through out i am suffering please
please help me out.

  1. my Flipkart gift card balance shown in 6500 aprox and expiry date is 28th may 2022 , i have final order checked it 11.55 pm when i was ordered my gift card balance shown in only 30 rupees . can you elaborate where this 6500 are gone.? you people just cheat customers money

    I never seen a worst customer service and Ecommerce service industry like Flipkart. 
    You guys are not worthy to run a business, delivering a missing product, Defective product and colour is not matching product. 
    MUltiple time return request raised and all the technician checked and confirmed replacement will happen in 48 hours , in next 15 minutes my return request is cancelled. When i check they say due to technical issues it’s rejected, bleedy how many technical issues you guys will reject my ticket. 
    Technical issue you vendor/seller issue, it’s not my concern i purchased the product from Flipkart so you guys suppose to be responsible for that.
    Worst ever seen customer care service – shame on your company.
    They dont know to value customer time, its been almost 8 days over still my problem is not resolved, when i asked a call from your executive they directly denied for call back and disconnecting my call, no one are helping. 
    You guys are taking money and doing fraud activity, by sending missing products to customers. 
    Mobile number: I want a call from the manager and resolve my issue. 
    If not ill not stop this.. ill go to consumer forum, ill post everything in social media and finally ill come to your bangalore office ill do whatever i want. i dont care if they is police complaint or case. 

    you guys are giving mental torcher to me from last 8 days.
