I have placed an order on 12th May 2022 for a WROGN AXRBD15M01 1.5 m AUX Cable in flipkart prepaid order with order id:OD124921380161922000. I didnt receive the product at all, and delivery agent has updated status that product has been delivered.
I tried contacting flipkart
1st time: executive took my request and raised a concern internally for the investigation and stated by within 24 hours you will get call back from concern team.
Issue is not resolved
2nd time : I ordered same product on 13th May 2022 again from flipkart with prepaid order and same were happened with me. Nobody came to my home to deliver the order neither call me and updated status that, product has been delivered. This is horrible. I tried to contact flipkart customer care and executive was so rude his name was Nikhil and he keep on telling that you need to wait. In turn he is deviating the topic other than what I am asking else giving the same statement that you need to wait till 20th May 2022 without listening me. I asked him to escalate to next level, he said this is the resolution we can give you his tone was very rude, he said you can do whatever you want.
my points is : why the flipkart is not investigating the case and why should customer has to face this kind of trouble when mistake made by local delivery agent?
