I placed an order for DishTv High Definition Set Top Box with Order ID: OD124218696288232000 on 20th Feb 2022 and prepaid amount for same but till date (18 March 2022) product not delivered and not getting response from the company.

Hi team,
I have placed an order for a trouser in flipkart. I didnt like the product and rasied the return request.
Return request has been cancelled (cancelled by flipkart) and i have not received any formal message/mail or call from flipkart about the cancellation of return.
Ii tried contacting flipkart
1st time: executive took my request and raised a concern internally for the return and stated by April 28, 2022 it will get resolved.
Issue is not resolved
2nd time : I reached the customer care executive and he keep on telling that you need to reach us early post the cancellation of return. In turn he is deviating the topic other than what I am asking else giving the same statement that you need to reach us within the 2 days of the cancellation. and I asked to escalate to next level, he requested to wait for few min and told that no one is available. Call was disconnected by flipkart.
3rd time: I raised the concern and he is asking me what you have done between and not happy with the question he asked. he asking me to reach again to flipkart and the call was disconnected.
my points is : why the return is cancelled without my concern and right now the product is not eligble for return.
