I placed an order for Mobile Phone with Order id:OD123969699742235000 on 22ND JANUARY 22 and prepaid amount for same. As per company’s confirmation it should be delivered by 25th January 2022. Delivery person attempted for delivery on 24th January in between 10:03 AM to 10:13 AM (made 4 calls) while the concerned Person was driving his bike & so unable to attend any calls. After reaching his destination the concerned person making lots of calls to delivery person but no response received from the delivery person. Even the next day the concerned Person tried to reach delivery person but failed.
Now the Company ” Flipkart” cancelled the Order. I am not convinced with their decision & need my product on same price as soon as possible
