I have ordered iphone 12 mini on October 2nd via credit card. Till now my product was not delivered. I paid the 1st month EMI for that product but still no response from Flipkart. I called customer care so many times but they always says we forwarded the complaint to our executive within 24 hrs you will get reply .Kindly help me.
