Ordered a phone from flipkart on exchange. EKART Delivery partner came on the delivery date 13th Oct 2021(DELIEVRY LOCATION : HOSKOTE, BANGALORE) met me checked my old phone for defects and approved it, but showed me that in his app I have to still pay Rs. 1400 which was the exchange worth of old phone, I was doubtful but I thought may be it’s flipkart exchange procedure. So I paid Rs. 1400. Even after paying he wasn’t able to process the order. So he said doesn’t have charge on phone and said he’ll return next day.
Next day his phone was switched off. Since it was festival time I thought he won’t be available. So I called Flipkart customer care and asked about the product, she said it’ll be delivered to you by 20th Oct. So I waited but when I tracked my Ekart package it shows that package was sent to Motherhub_BLR. With great difficulty I somehow was able to contact the delivery boy on Monday (18 Oct) , they said that my package has been sent bymistake to the motherhub Bangalore due to some miscommunication among the delivery boy and office. Since it’s in Bangalore only I asked them to get my package back and deliver it to me since it already been overdue for delivery. They made me wait a whole day on 18th and didn’t give me any further info on the package. Today morning (19th Oct) I try to contact the Ekart person and also texted him on whatsapp but he stopped responding. When I tried to track my package it shows that it has reached to Jaipur. The package is of Rs. 35000 and it is also prepaid. They didn’t attempt delivery and without informing me they have sent the package to somewhere else.
The screenshot attached shows that delivery was not attempted on 14th Oct, and it was sent back to motherhub without a reason.
