i ordered a luggage set when i saw dmire ad on facebook app so i was attracted by their bag designs and stuff and i placed order for that luggage set i did online payment because there was no other option for paying payment.Then approx 2 months went but i did not received my order i ordered them in may and i mailed them for tracking my order they replied 2-3times but then when i intimidate them that i will file a case against there site so either they pay my money back or send my order ASAP then they stopped replying to my mails.
I request you to help with me in this case i paid 2678 for that luggage set. please help me to get a refund for that.
