Ordered a phone with exchanging my old phone on 9-08-21 on delivery time delivery agent did mistake that without authentication of old phone and without delivering new phone he updated status as delivered for which I’m paying the penalty of time and reaching customer support since 14-08-21. Now they have simply canceled the product, now I’m unable to place another by exchange the phone as I get error that phone is already exchanged.
