On 1st Feb I had ordered from Lotus basket a set of serving tray with stand. Order no 1615. It hasn’t been delivered to me yet, and since there was no cod I paid online. I hope the money could be returned if they cannot provide me with their product. It’s been a long time, I have sent them almost 3emails cause there is no other way to contact to them or customer help. Kindly seee through this.
