I ordered my product with Order #DC4906 on July 30-2020. I did not receive any product and the Dopcart cannot be contacted also and multiple times i have asked in email in starting i was getting inbulit message like :
“Dear customer
We regret the inconvenience caused by us due to delay in shipping due to lock-down in certain areas and heavy stock maintenance.
We could not shipped in proper time. But we assure you within next week your order will be shipped.
Thank you for choosing Dopcart.com”
but as of now they are not responding any thing its been 3 months and Can you please help me out. I want refund of my order
