- I have placed an order for Redmi 9 power mobile on 23rd January. At the time of order it was showing delivery date 28th Jan but after order placed message came where delivery date was 3rd Feb to 7th Feb. Immediately I called Customer care and they told shipping will be done on 3rd Feb and delivery will be done on 7th Feb. In amazon app status of my order not shipped till date. On 4th Feb I contacted CC team and they assured that product will definitely deliver by the evening of 7th Feb evenif on 6th Feb also. On 7th Feb I got a SMS where it is written estimated delivery date is 9th Feb to 19th March. Again I called CC team and wanted to know the reason, they told me due to non availability of stock color i.e red they could not deliver the same. Whereas at the same time stock was showing in their application. I told them to deliver any color of the product they told to cancel the order and placed another order. I asked them Shall I get all the offer which is available in my order they told no it is not possible. They advised me to cancel the order or to wait till 19th March. I asked them will they pay interest if go for cancellation they are denying for the same also. In the meantime I have written several mail and they asked me to give more time to resolve the issue in reply to every mail. They are neither ready to give the product of any color nor ready to pay interest on my money which lying with them from 23rd January.
- In another case my money lying with them from 15th November 2020. The order cancelled by Customer Care on 30th January and confirmed refund will be done within 48 hours but till now refund not done and I have followed lots of time to Customer Care for the same.
