Text of Complaint by Surabhi Jha:

Hi I am Surabhi Jha from Mathura, I was ordered sofa set from Flipkart on 26th September 2022, so they provide expected delivery date is 11 October 2022, and but product still not received and they deduct my first EMI on 1st Oct that is 3691/- and product still not received and they again generate my 2nd EMI in Nov month. And now want my product cancellation I am continuously contact with Flipkart last 15 days for cancellation but they does not reply. This is the worst experience please help me for my product cancellation and I want my refund amount from Flipkart fully.
