I have ordered mobile phone from your website on 8th May 2022.
The order was supposed to be delivered today but I haven’t received it yet. I got the contact number (02067325005) of the delivery boy but the number was not reachable. I informed customer care about the same around 6 – 7 times and replied that wait till 7pm you will get the product. The delivery boy called me at 6pm and said that the product will be delivered by 7pm but still I didn’t get the product and 7pm I called him many times but it went unanswered.
After all this when I called customer care I didn’t get a proper response and they kept me on hold for around 20 minutes for 2-3 times. Also they didn’t register a complaint.I wasted my whole day in calling customer care and the customer care is pathetic.
In this whole matter no one has helped me and no one has cooperated with me. All this happened just because of customer care’s irresponsible behaviour.
