I have purchased tonzo t6 smart android projector having order ID 406-0279501-3291574 which was delieverd to me on 24.12.2020 from vexell electronics pvt limited throgh amazon app. When going through specifications on amazon it was mentioned there that it is having VGA and AV interfaces and also this was described on the website under order description and also mentioned that 3 in 1 AV cable will be provided with the sales package. But to my surprise the projector has neither VGA or AV interface nor AV cable was provided with the sales package . And slso before placing the order I have inquired from the seller Vexell electronics pvt limited that whether the projector is having HDMI in or HDMI out for which the seller has replied me that it is having only hdmi in function. But again he was lying as the projector was javing only hdmi out function. After that I have contacted so many times to the Amazon customer care executives for return of the product but neither of your executive could help me out of this. They are telling me to contact the seller for cancelling my order whom also I have contacted and the seller is telling that only Amazon could cancel this order. When I informed your execuitves about this they are again telling that only seller coud cancel this order. Why are you people making fun of your customrrs like this. It seems that Amazon has now become a very low graded company where there is no meaning of customer satisfaction . I again request you to take this issue seriously and return the product and refund me my money otherwise I have to take this issue legally to the consumer court and expose this matter on social media paltform which could defame the reputation of amazon to a large extent.
