I have ordered an Hot Unis@x Slimming waist belt of XXL size vide order no WC 292758, invoice date 26/9/2019. Payment of Rs 1000/ Rs one thousand was on COD basis delivery made on 30/09/2019.
‘On opening my found it not of proper size and it was smaller than ordered. I ordered XXL but got XL in the pack.
I had emailed the company a complaint regarding this on at info@wittycart.com but didn’t got any reply. Then on their website I used their forum of ‘contact us’ and sent the details of complaint but no answers and no one contacted.
Again I emailed them with photos of the product showing the sent goods were of different size than ordered, but no reply.
I had sent the goods back for replacement via blue dart by paying myself after two days of delivery of my orders as the company on their website has stated in the refund/return policy that the goods for refund be sent within three days .
Till date nothing has been heard from the wittycart people.
