my name is priyanka , my complete address is- A-45, Okhla ph-I, new delhi- 110020. I have ordered 2 products on AMAZON and payment has been done through credit card. I have received only oil dispenser and delivery boy ask for OTP I gave him but after one day the both product showed delivered i have called to customer care he said the investigation will take 5 days I wait , after 5 days i called again but they said we can’t help you in that and investigation has been closed from our side and hang phone on my face and said we cannot help you. after I go to social media here they are doing same with me. nobody sharing any details of delivery boy he did that fraud , i told to customer care that give me his details but they deny to share his details.
