Hi team,
i have ordered a fan with order id OD125221867996844000 on 16th of june for which the promised delivery date was 22nd of june and it never get delivered.
After having a numbers of followups with flipkart executives and keep getting false promises stating the product will be delivered today, tomorrow and so on but the product never got delivered even after 10 days of the promised delivery date.
lastly i was forced to cancel the product and was asked to order a new one by delivery executive.
i placed a new order again with order id OD125349972529643000 on 1st of july and again its same. Its again 2 days from promised delivery date but product is not delivered.
It shows in the app that product is out for delivery but when i follow up with the delivery executive they say dont have the product and also misbehaves.
is this how a customer is being treated at flipkart ?
giving fake promises and harassing mentaly after calling multiple times to.flipkart support and no one is there to listen and provide any help they just keep manipulating the customer saying ticket is raised and will get resolved.
The delivery executive also misbehaves if called multiple times asking about the product delivery.
