I ordered a samsung galaxy m21 from amazon online shopping app. My order date is 26/07/2021 and product price is Rs 12499. Amazon delivered product on 29/07/2021. When I open the box after payment the Mobile Phone was missing in the box but other accessories available in the box. For this I called to the amazon customer care, customer care person told me that your problem will be resolve till 01/08/2021. I called the customer care on 01/08/2021, he/she told me that your product is deliver form my side. But No mobile phone I received from amazon.
